These Terms of Service govern your use of hovela.shop and any purchase from Hovela. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and light effects may look slightly different in person depending on your screen, room and tree. Product dimensions and specifications are approximate.
3. Pricing and promotions
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, bundle discounts, multi-buy offers and free gifts may change or end without notice. Automatic discounts apply only while shown on the site. When more than one automatic discount could apply to an item, the best available discount is used. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price and refund you in full.
4. Shipping protection
A shipping protection fee is added to every order. It covers loss, theft and damage in transit as described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock issues or errors, and will refund any payment taken.
6. Payment

7. Returns
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Safe use
Follow all included instructions. Indoor products should not be used outdoors, and heated and electrical products should not be left unattended while powered or used in ways the instructions advise against. Hovela is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, misuse or modification.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Hovela or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hovela's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hovela is registered.
